About Us
We believe people deserve easier access to accurate, clear and trustworthy information about healthy living.

There is an enormous amount of information online about healthy living, nutrition and weight management. Much of it contradicts itself, is more frightening than it needs to be, or states absolute claims with no scientific basis.
While obesity and inactivity affect more and more people, telling reliable information apart from misinformation keeps getting harder. Green Living was created for exactly this gap.
We care about you. Healthy living is not only about losing weight, counting calories or cutting foods out of your life. It starts with reaching good information, knowing your own body and making sustainable choices.
An evidence-based, balanced approach
Our content draws as much as possible on trusted health organisations, academic studies and scientific sources.
Health and nutrition vary from person to person, so we avoid blanket generalisations such as “this is definitely harmful”, “you must consume this” or “this is the only solution”. In health there is rarely a single right answer: age, lifestyle, physical activity, eating habits and a person's health status all change what they need.
- Inform, don't frighten.
- Make scientific information understandable, don't promise miracles.
Making healthy living more accessible
Healthy living does not have to be complicated. Alongside articles, we build tools that make daily life easier: calorie needs, BMI, protein and water calculators, plus general-purpose meal plans based on your goals and preferences.
The aim is a single platform where people can find the information and tools they need at the start of their healthy-living journey.
Our vision
We don't see Green Living as just a blog. Our long-term goal is a reliable, comprehensive knowledge platform for the everyday questions people have about nutrition, healthy living and daily habits — so that when someone searches, they meet a clear, well-sourced answer.
Green Living content is for general information only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You can read how our content is prepared in our Editorial Principles and Source Policy.

- More conscious choices.
- More sustainable habits.
